from any participating retailer such as CVS, Rite Aid, Kmart, Walmart, 7/11, Radio
Shack, Walgreens etc. Take your cash and your card to the register and the cashier
will swipe your card and add the $30 or $40 registration fee directly to it.
Although a service fee of up to $4.95 applies, it is included in the
registration fee. Once loaded you need simply scratch of the grey
scratch off coating on the back of the card and respond to this ad by

and the date and time of the teleconference but the pin will be given via
