Nurse Practioner for Pain Management
Education: (Possession of Current)
1. BSN Degree
2. NYS Registered Nursing License
3. NYS Registered Nurse Practitioner License
4. DEA Prescriptive Authority
Experience:
1. Interest & Experience in the Specialty of Chronic Pain Management
experience required
2. A minimum of 1 year experience required as a Nurse Practitioners
3. Preferred 3 years’ experience
