The hospital is looking to recruit to replace the retiring physician, desire to increase its trauma level designation, and because of the increasing demand in the area as well as the higher volume of very sick patients that have continued to present. The hospital has an anesthesia department of three (3) MD's and five (5) CRNA's. A well trained hospitalist staff of 3 physicians (adding a 4th) is available to cover the ICU 24/7. The ICU beds are routinely full year round. In the outpatient setting, there are multiple options for space including new construction. Call will be 1:4. Compensation and Benefits
